The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and supervision of hvac (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), plumbing, drainage, sewage treatment system, fire detection & protection systems for various projects.responsibilitieslead and manage commissioning projects.experience in specifications, validation, evaluation, and documentation of hvac design for tender and construction phases.monitor and inspect all hvac site works, assuring compliance with the approved drawings and specifications.skilled in the use of computer software for design such as carrier e-20ii, hap, and other relevant programs.check and approve material and drawing submittals.assess technical drawings, specifications to ensure that the installation and operations process conforms to standards and customer requirements.summarize project reports and reporting the same to the management.qualificationsbachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.10 years of working experience in hvac system design & supervision of various large-scale projects such as towers, commercial bldgs., etc.familiar with international standards and codes (ashrae, smacna, ari, astm, fm, asme, etc.).strong communication and presentation skills.strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workskillscreativity. mechanical engineers design and build complex pieces of equipment and machinery. ...listening skills. mechanical engineers often work on projects with others, such as architects and computer scientists. ...math skills. ...mechanical skills. ...problem-solving skills.
