We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical bim modeler to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical design and construction, along with proficiency in using building information modeling (bim) softwareresponsibilities:create and maintain 3d models of electrical systems using bim softwarecoordinate with the project team to ensure accurate and detailed modeling of electrical componentscollaborate with engineers and designers to develop electrical plans and layoutsperform clash detection and resolution to optimize the coordination of electrical systemsgenerate accurate quantity take-offs and material lists for project estimationreview and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirementsstay updated on industry standards and best practices for electrical design and bim technologyskillsrequirements:technical skills:proficiency in bim software like revit, autocad mep, and navisworksunderstanding of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.experience: 5 years of experience in mep drafting or modeling using bim softwaresoft skills:excellent communication collaboration, and problem-solving skills.the ability to work independently and as part of a team. strong attention to detail and time management skills.
