Execute the assigned maintenance order with right quality & timely to give actual reliability in the operation lines.participate in sap n3 breakdowns notifications, breakdown orders participation in the rca if requard.achieves zero maintenance jobs rework.must have strong hands on experience in handling the maintenance & repair of mechanical components like gear boxes, pumps, clutches, brakes, drive 4 systems like chain drive, belt drive, gear drive, couplings, bearings etc.must have strong hands on experience in handling the maintenance & repair of pneumatics & hydraulics systems, circuits and its components like 5 cylinders, actuatos, electro valves, seals etc.managing his area work shop with minor machining activities using lathe machine, milling machine, grinding machines along with repairs using welding 6 activities.handling lubrication activities using specified types of lubricants in various sections of the lines. capable of reading and undersatnding of msds of 7 specified lubricants to avoid cross usage or using unspecified lubricants. managing oil room with effective 5s and fifo system of lubricants in stock. must have strong knowledge of plumbing and heat exchangers and capable of handling super heated water & chilled ware lines with atmost personnel 8 safety as well as safety to the equipments.full response to production requirements by following the operational team leader instruction during shift.follow the team leader priorities if there are multiple breakdowns.attend shift handover meeting which lead by operational team leader to discuss last shift activities & plan the coming shift accordinglycomplies with line housekeeping (5s) of maintenance workshop standards and shop floor (5s) lead by operation team leadersupport am team by applying defect elimination system and processes via opls & kaizenparticipate in action plan "ca/pa"& orders completion, permits, audits, tours & safety finding progressread and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceperform mechanical jobs with lead role in the shift & supprot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. 17 fill all needed log sheets accurately with detailed activities of shiftcheck the repetitive corrective maintenance if possible to transfer to tbm.follow up qa, safety, food safety and tpm requirements in the department to achive the targets.follow up crhonic issues to support operation team to achieve daily manufacturing targets.work with pdm (vibration, alignment, thermal) tools and supplies necessary to complete projectsensure to achive the targets mpsa & achieve < 2% pr of breakdown.skillsexperience: 8 years and more in mechanical & maintenance.strong mechanical & maintenance background.
