Key responsibilities: initiate outbound calls to existing users of icodejr for lead generation. diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, sms, calls conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as follow up with reminder calls. solicit feedback following the completion of a free class. engage with school workshop participants to arrange free classes. connect with competition attendees to schedule free classes. enhance the conversion rate from sign-ups to marketing qualified leads (mql) boost the completion rate from mql to sales qualified leads (sql). respond to incoming calls on the icodejr number. work on daily chat messages to generate free class  reach out to users who have participated in coding quizzes actively and book their free class achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.  job requirements at least 1 year of work experience in a pre-sales/bd role. clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customer's needs understand the regional nuances of the designated market experience in cold calling understanding the sales metrics and numbers capture minutes and meetings and update crm meticulously. skillsqualifications:  education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. experience: proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills. tech savvy: comfortable with using and explaining technology solutions.  to be successful in this role, you must have: prior experience in ed-tech b2c sales is an advantage exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches like a charm result-driven with experience in extremely target-centric job confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment self-learners with a high grasping ability so that you can learn about the product within 2 days
