Overview of the rolethe strategy manager is a very important role to help drive the strategic planning process in group technology and digital platforms and plays a key role in helping drive the strategic priorities for the function. the role will also help to enable a value-driven approach to driving key priorities, that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and efficiency and applied across all areas of the organization. what you will do• ensure quality of analysis, activities, and deliverables for strategic initiatives, including the development and validation of strategic plans and detailed transformation plans• help syndicate analysis, results with all stakeholders• ongoing research and analysis on ever evolving technology landscape with assessment of relevance for our businesses; collaborate with the strategic partnership team to work with external partners on innovation ideation • provide inputs to business case development for key strategic initiatives • support on initiatives related to talent strategy for group technology • work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively drive momentum of the transformation initiatives skillsrequired skills to be successful• strategy analysis • technology & digital transformation• strong powerpoint skills• benefits & value management• excellent written and verbal communication skills what equips you for the role• a business or technical degree from a reputable institute. • 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of strategy / strategy consulting experience (mandatory)• experience in digital strategy, technology strategy and value assessment & benefits realization is preferred.
