Job summaryparticipates in it department’s services with a technical focus on recognizing it assets, utilizing assets and to record and display asset information for the benefit of company’s overall asset management objectives. job responsibilities 1principal accountabilitiescoordinates, updates, and maintains the tracking database for new and existing capital and non-capital fixed assetsconducts periodical and annual it fixed assets physical inventories, and coordinate site and project physical it assets inventories with it technician or store keepercoordinates transfer of equipment, and update the it assets db with each transfer in coordination with it technician job responsibilities 2secures all the it assets are registered in database.secures 100% of review of all documents related to it fixed assets.ensures all updates, registers are documented under procedure forms.ensures to maintain it assets database up to date.establishes 100% in it assets physical inventories.establishes 100% review in it assets book.ensures to follow up on relevant it technician or store keeper to ensure up to date information of inventories.ensures all it technician or it area manager report about transfers.ensures that all it assets transfer go through policy and procedure transfers.ensures 100% of review of all approved documents (mac form) before update tracking database.reports to fixed assets accountant to transfer cost to relevant cost center.ensures to coordinate all it technician to receive it assets inventory.collects all reports and details related to relevant site or project including physical count.submits report to relevant project or site, it manager & fixed assets accountant for further actions.ensures all it assets disposal go through policy. ensure all disposal to be documented and approved by it director.submits report to fixed assets accountant to ensure that the assets removed from cost center.ensures to have knowledge about all it assets purchased within the organization, 100% of register on all it assets with lpo number & serial number.prepares all it fixed assets delivery must go through it department warehouse.assures that all it assets tasks documented.skillsjob knowledge & skills• knowledge in asset management• knowledge of records administration, inventory control principle and methods.• knowledge in purchasing, financial accounting• knowledge of it and terminology that must be present in procurement documents, such as signatures, accounting codes, item descriptions, quantities, and prices, to identify missing information•• erp knowledge preferably sap functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.job experiencetotal   7 year(s) on job     3 year(s) gcc    1 year(s)competenciescollaborationaccountabilityresiliencequalityleadershipdesktop services l2computer operations l2security and monitoring l2customer interaction l2it help desk l2educationbachelor's degree in information technology or any related field
