Job description: we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented client relations specialist to join our team. this role is essential in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and compliance standards. you will be the frontline contact for our clients, ensuring their information is accurately collected, verified, and maintained. additionally, you will play a crucial role in our administrative tasks and event coordination. key responsibilities: - customer information management: collect, organize, and maintain customer information with utmost confidentiality and accuracy. - id verification: check the validity of submitted identification documents and follow up with clients for renewal and updates as necessary. - video authentication: conduct video meetings with clients to validate and cross-verify provided information. - customer support: respond to customer inquiries during working hours via live chat, whatsapp, and other communication channels, providing timely and helpful assistance. - event support: attend and support organized events, representing the company professionally and assisting contenders as needed. - administrative duties: manage both online and offline company paperwork and perform various administrative tasks to support company operations. - calendar management: organize and manage the calendar for higher management, ensuring efficient scheduling of events and meetingsskillsqualifications: - bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field. - proven experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role. - excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - proficiency in microsoft office suite and crm software. - fluent in english and arabic
