Overview of the role:as a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving and surpassing targeted sales within the famco linde sales division. your primary responsibility will be to drive sales while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction levels are consistently high. what you will do:maintain an up-to-date customer profile database for analysis and campaign purposes.conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and foster positive relationships.achieve or exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing branch profitability.ensure customer expectations meet or exceed set standards.attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and skills.stay informed about competitor activities and products to facilitate strategic planning.document and maintain all records in accordance with standard operating procedures.monitor monthly overdue accounts to ensure they stay within agreed targets.skillsrequired skills to be successful:negotiation skillscustomer service skillseffective communication skillsinfluencing skillsquantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in pc usagefluency in english; arabic language skills are advantageous about the team:our sales team operates in a dynamic environment where collaboration, communication, and continuous learning are essential. what equips you for the role:strong knowledge of sales processes, finance, and insurance structures, systems, and methodologies.high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.uae driving license.previous sales experience in commercial vehicles is a must.
