Production executive (food & beverage) - united arab emirates, dubai
Candidate will be responsible for the following:oversee daily production operationsto manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standardsensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standardscreate weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitabilitymaking sure that the processing is being done in line with company’s specifications & formulations maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheetsmaintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standardsimplement and maintain food safety proceduresmonitor performance of workers reporting to them.skillsqualifications: degree in food science/technology/microbiology 03-05 years of proven experience in similar field food knowledge level of the relevant products, materials and processes understanding of safety regulations and policies experience and familiarity with manufacturing equipmentexperience in iso 22000 and related certifications is preferred
