Nozom is one of the leading consultancy firms within saudi arabia. we're looking to hire the best talented resources over the region to provide a unique services to a variety of clients.r&r:lead (and develop) the digital strategy and transformation offering to (government and semi- government entities).lead the design of business and technology strategy solutions, shape and develop tailored proposal to clients.lead the delivery of digital strategies and digital transformation, orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams.designing and maintaining enterprise architecturesdeveloping ea design principlesdeveloping enterprise architecturefocus on integration architecturemanage end to end integrations and necessary collaboration with various parties for implementing the integrationsreview end to end integration design and ensure completenessdefine, implement, and manage the ea blueprints (target architecture – applications, infrastructure and information & data).define overall ea standards and guidelines.ensure compliance to the defined ea standards and guidelines.ensure the maintenance of key enterprise architecture artifactsstrong knowledge with saudi digital transformation qiyas and others practices.skillsqualifications:5+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years of working in digital transformation implementation projectstogaf certification is a huge plus.strong knowledge of ea frameworks e.g. togaf, nora.arabic speaker is a must.experience with ea tools.experience in developing digital transformation plans and roadmapsexperience in project managementexperience in implementing enterprise architecture practicepractical experience in ea governance implementationability to ensure the technical designs compliance with ea principles & standards and targeted ea artifactsstrong knowledge of ea artifacts
