This is a full-time on-site role for a procurement supervisor at arriyadh roaster محمصة الرياض. the procurement supervisor will be responsible for managing purchase orders, analyzing data, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement and purchasing processes.skillsimplementing strategies to provide materials and services that meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.prepare the budgets and cost savings in pre-openings and regular operation. develop purchasing policies and procedures and under control purchasing budget.analyze best possible purchasing method, pricing, terms and conditions, material control, quality, ontime deliveries, increase number of credit purchases, minimize the petty cash purchases. market survey in food and beverages to be benefit the company on competitive price, quality products and on time deliveries. handling the central warehouse with monthly quantity levels, proper inventory control. handling the logistics from central warehouse & production to outlets levels. preparing the monthly reports includes, cost savings, number of credit suppliers, ontime delivery percentage, budget etc. collaborating with other departments to manage current and future inventory requirements. track and report key functional metrics to reduce cost and improve effectiveness.
