Human resource officer - united arab emirates, abu dhabi

We are seeking an experienced hr officer with a strong background in human resources and in-depth knowledge of departmental functions. the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organization's human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.location: abu dhabiworking days - (sunday - friday- alternate sunday working, saturday -fixed off)uae driving license is mandatory. experience in manual payroll and esob required.industry experience - anygender - anykey responsibilities:recruitment and onboarding: - collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.- manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.- conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.employee relations:- foster positive relationships between employees and management.- address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.- conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess morale.- departmental collaboration:develop a deep understanding of the functions and goals of each department.- collaborate with department heads to align hr strategies with departmental objectives.- provide hr support tailored to the specific needs of each department.- training and development:identify training needs within departments and coordinate relevant programs.- work with departmental leaders to create career development plans for employees.- implement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across departments.policy development and compliance:- develop and update hr policies in accordance with labor laws and organizational needs.- ensure departmental compliance with hr policies and procedures.- advise departmental heads on hr-related legal issues.skillsqualifications:- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.- proven experience as an hr officer or similar role ( 3 years above).- in-depth knowledge of hr policies, labor laws, and best practices.- strong understanding of departmental functions within an organization- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- driving license mandatory- pref language- hindi and english
