Campaign specialist will play a critical role in driving demand generation for the brand by crafting and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns through email, whatsapp, and social media advertising. the campaign specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to promote the brand. their role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, create engaging content, and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach, generate leads, and ultimately increase revenue.job requirements included but not limited to:develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific audience segments to drive demand generation and increase awareness of the brand.collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to design, create, execute compelling marketing materials, such as email campaigns and social media advertisements.manage, monitor, and analyze programmatic ads.manage, monitor, and analyze bing ads.developing and executing digital marketing strategies including email and whatsapp through crm and social media advertising in facebook, instagram, twitter/x, tiktok, snapchat, etc. monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.build segmentation, scoring, attribution and operational elements of campaignsstay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain current and competitive.research competitors and industry trends examples of marketing best practices to support marketing strategy developmentwork closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and facilitate lead nurturing and conversion.work with team to create copy, assets & templates (message headlines, email body, landing pages, imagery, etc) in line with campaign objectivesincrease database size and nurture current database members through a broad range of communicationsmanage the marketing campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and roi is maximized.assist in the complete coordination and delivery of campaigns as assignedcontinuously optimize campaigns through a/b testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.assist in the complete coordination and delivery of campaigns as assigneddeveloping and reporting campaign and ads analytics and continually optimizing to maximize roiskillsprior experience in a similar rolefamiliar with basic tools of marketing automationexperience developing fully integrated campaigns that include pr, social, paid advertisingdemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal team members and external partnerswell organized, strong administrative and detail oriented skills and excellent interpersonal skills requiredability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentexcellent time-management skills, organization, and project management skillsextensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platformsexcellent problem-solving and risk management techniquesexceptional verbal & written communication skillhave a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneouslywilling to extend working hours as needed
