Must have skills/keywords – ms dynamics 365 finance & operations, integration,architecturegood to have skills / keywords– sap, oracle, ms dynamics 365 crm, enterprisebusiness apps, design, azureenterprise architect: business applicationsjob description design and implement technical architectures tailored to suite of enterprise businessapplications (e.g. dynamics 365, sap, oracle, infor). leading integration design, you'll ensure a seamless data flow between systems,prioritizing data integrity, consistency, and security. a crucial aspect of yourresponsibilities will be defining and designing application interfaces, balancing userexperience, integration feasibility, and scalability. collaboration is key; you'll workhand-in-hand with business stakeholders, business users, our tech and data teams,and external vendors to ensure system designs are in sync with both businessobjectives and user requirements. contributing to it roadmap, you'll collaborate with erp product experts to keeptechnological approaches at the cutting edge within and enterprise businessapplications. you will frequently assess and optimize both application and data architectures,ensuring they are efficient, agile, and cost-effective. upholding commitment tosecurity, you'll ensure that all architectures meet the highest standards, especiallyregarding data protection as per erp product and other business applications bestpractices and compliance. lastly, your role will extend beyond individual contributions; you'll offer mentorshipand guidance to tech and data teams, nurturing a culture underscored bycontinuous learning and innovation.major duties & responsibilities technical & functional architecture: design and implement technicalarchitectures with support from multiple technology stacks owners withprimarily erp stream and business applications. data flow and integration: lead the integration design to ensure seamlessdata flow between disparate systems, maintaining data integrity, consistency,and security. interface architecture: define and design application interfaces, ensuringoptimal user experience, integration feasibility, and scalability. stakeholder engagement: collaborate closely with business stakeholders,automation teams, tech and data teams, and external vendors to alignsystem design with business goals and user needs.public strategy & road mapping: contribute to technology and data roadmapdevelopment for the portfolio in partnership with erp product owners. performance optimization: regularly review and optimize application anddata architectures for performance, cost-efficiency, and agility. security: ensure all architectures adhere to the highest standards of security,particularly with respect to data protection and regulatory compliance. mentorship & leadership: provide guidance and mentorship to other tech anddata staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.skillsminimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant it experience with at least eight (8)working for erp business applications understanding of erp functions. a minimum of five (5) years of solution architecture experience working knowledge of new architectural patterns, trends and technologyservices, erp systems (e.g. dynamics 365, sap, oracle, infor) andintegrations exceptional analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiating skills,and the ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment withexceptional service.
