Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files.answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.data entry and database management.handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.coordinating office events, conferences, and meetings.greeting and assisting visitors to the office.assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.liaising with other departments and external partners as needed.providing support to other team members as required.maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.performing general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.skillsproven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.proficiency in ms office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint).excellent communication and interpersonal skills.strong organizational and time management abilities.attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.ability to work independently with minimal supervision.high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
