We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a van salesman/lady for our plastic and packaging products division. as a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets within your designated area while promoting our brand image and market reputation.responsibilities:- guide the company van to various trade channels to sell plastic and packaging products.- build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.- meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.- provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.- collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.- represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.- stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.monthly salary:2000 aed fixed salary + 5% commission on salesrecruitment comes with: - health insurance- company visaskills- previous experience in sales (minimum 3 years), preferably in the plastic and packaging industry.- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- ability to work independently and as part of a team.- strong negotiation and sales skills.flexibility to work flexible hours and travel as needed.- be literate in reading and writing; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.- skilled to use computer programs such as erp and excel.- language: english & arabic. urdu is a plus.
