We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an administrative assistant & workspace coordinator. in this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:fulfilling orders and managing inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.answering incoming calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.coordinating and managing the workspace, including organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a comfortable environment for all employees.assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.skillsrequirements:previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role preferred.strong communication skills, both verbal and written.excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
