Overview of the role: sales account manager will be responsible for developing, identifying, and creating new sales opportunities. he / she will be customer’s primary point of contact and will be responsible for meeting revenue goals for an assigned book of accounts. what you will do : develop al futtaim engineering brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the elv projects divisionidentify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.achieve targeted orderbook, gross margin, revenue, and unit sales target through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient sales development strategy.develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.manage all the elements including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals of the sales process on an individual level as well as a team.collect market data and perform analysis for projects skillsrequired skills to be succesful: • strong verbal and written communication skill. • self-motivated with skills to motivate others.• able to work under pressure what equips you for the role ? engineering degree or any equivalent qualification.minimum 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in ksa in the elv projects domainstrong working relationship with the key consultants, contractors and the partners in the elv domain.
