We are seeking a motivated and experienced car rental manager to join our team. as a car rental manager, you will oversee all aspects of our car rental operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.key responsibilities:manage daily operations of car rental department, including inventory, agreements, and customer service.recruit, train, and supervise rental agents and support staff.develop strategies to maximize revenue, optimize fleet use, and meet sales goals.monitor and analyze performance metrics like rental volume and customer satisfaction.maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.skillsvalid uae driving license.minimum of 5 years of experience in car rental management or a similar role.strong leadership and communication skills.ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.proficiency in rental management software is a plus.
