Job summaryto coordinate and control all projects related mep requirements to ensure programme requirements together with the highest quality of work. directs, supervises and participates in carrying out the activities of the mechanical maintenance fabrication, welding and repairs of plants equipments and installations in utilities sections.job responsibilities 1coordination with the site / project engineers (mechanical) for job instructions estimating of material as per drawing and site requirement should follow job instructions as per approved method statement ensure to achieve job target by allocating proper number of workers ensuring job safety knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings communication skills to convey information to technician’s discipline toolbox talks to workers on daily basis or as and when a new activity is undertaken induction training of labours knowledge of installations works for ducting works ( ducting foreman) / chilled water ( piping foreman) / plumbing works ( plumbing foreman)skillsjob knowledge & skills• ability to read drawing, estimate quantity, good knowledge of mep activities and able to guide and supervise work forc• erp knowledge preferably sap functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.job experienceminimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 in gcc regioncompetenciescollaborationaccountabilityresiliencequalitypiping/plumbing l2hvac design l2metals and alloys l2heat transfer l2leadershippneumatics l2
