Our company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented qa/qc engineer to join our team. the qa/qc engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. this role requires a strong background in quality control processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. the qa/qc engineer will work closely with our production team and other stakeholders to identify and address any quality issues, and will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products and services.responsibilities:develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliabilityperform inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and develop corrective actionscollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality standards and requirements are metconduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issuesmonitor and track quality performance metrics and report on key findings to managementprovide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and proceduresstay up-to-date with industry best practices and new developments in quality assurance and quality controlparticipate in customer meetings and address any quality-related concerns or questionsensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and certificationsconduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategiespreferred candidate:bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldminimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality controlstrong knowledge of quality control processes and proceduresexcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesstrong attention to detail and accuracyexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentknowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and certificationsexperience in risk assessment and mitigationskillsstrong knowledge of quality control processes and proceduresexcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsstrong attention to detail and accuracyexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsknowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and certifications
