Technician bim modeller - saudi arabia, eastern province

This job requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented technician bim modeller to work in our team based in the eastern province of saudi arabia. the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3d models and drawings for various construction projects. they will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the models accurately represent the design intent and are coordinated with other disciplines. the ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of bim software and construction processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.responsibilities:create and maintain accurate 3d models and drawings using bim softwareensure that the models are coordinated with other disciplines, such as architecture, structure, and mepreview design documents and identify any discrepancies or clashescollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any coordination issuesgenerate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules from the bim modelsproduce high-quality 2d drawings and reports for construction and coordination purposesstay updated with the latest bim software and industry standardsassist in the development and implementation of bim standards and workflowsprovide technical support and training to other team membersensure that all work is completed within the specified timelines and budgetpreferred candidate:minimum 2 years of experience working as a bim modeller in the construction industryproficient in bim software, such as revit, navisworks, and autocadstrong knowledge of construction processes and terminologyexcellent communication and problem-solving skillsability to work independently and as part of a teamattention to detail and ability to work under pressureknowledge of local construction regulations and standardsexperience with clash detection and coordination softwareknowledge of 4d and 5d bim concepts is a plusability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsskillsproficiency in bim software (revit, navisworks, autocad)strong knowledge of construction processes and terminologyexcellent communication and problem-solving skillsattention to detail and ability to work under pressureknowledge of local construction regulations and standards
