Overview of the role: the purpose of this role is to ensure that the project is carried through in alignment with the vision for the project from feasibility to design completion. what you will do: key accountability 1: team leaderresponsible for :•          in charge of firm wide (global) strategy and its’ implementation,training of other staffs.•          shall initiate standards development, implementation and enforcement•          shall share best practice to the team•          leading a team of design personnel•          assist them in getting deliverables at stipulated time key accountability 2: approvalsresponsible for :•          obtaining approvals from consultant within the time frame key accountability 3: coordinationresponsible for :•          help resolve bim design issues, oversee coordinated digital documents to project team and link bim to additional applications•          coordinating with all other departments for timely resolution of issues affecting the project key accountability 4: evaluationresponsible for :•          verification & evaluation of offers, drawings, calculations etc of all sub contractors & suppliers•          know how to evaluate software and technologies applicable to each project•          shall support project standards and coordination with consultants•          shall provide guidance for creation of revit families key accountability 5: liaisingresponsible for :•          liaison with client, consultant, project manager, supplier etc for timely resolution of project constraints skillsrequired skills to be successful : knowledge of latest trends in engineering related to electrical / mechanical discipline.managing the project engineering team to ensure smooth project execution.good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.reviewing design issues and coordinate between all engineering disciplines to resolve issues and ensure delivery.be able to meet project deadlines whilst producing high quality work. what equips you for the role :bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineeringdeep knowledge in trade of hvac / electrical / elv / plumbing / ff.proficient in the use of revit and navisworks/navigator & other related bim software with 4d simulation.creation of mms parameters to bim execution plan.proficient in parametric family creation to the project requirements.minimum 7+ years of experience in large scale construction projects
