Roles & responsibilities:conducting and participating in daily toolbox discussions.responsible for preparing and submitting quotations against the rfq.quotation and open order backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.handling inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer claims.co-operates with local and global delivery for support.preference:minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/ field.basic knowledge of handling crm tools i.e. ms dynamics, salesforce, etc.able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.skillsqualifications:minimum diploma degree in education. the additional certificate related to the position will be an advantage.basic level of knowledge of erp software i.e. sap/oracle/pcs etc.benefits:visamedical insurance
