Job descriptioncompany descriptionwahat alshahama technical works llc is a specialized company that focuses on fit-out, joinery, mep, interior works, and landscaping projects in the united arab emirates. with a wide range of completed projects, we have a proven track record of transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically-pleasing areas. our commitment to great quality, unique designs, and cost-effective project planning sets us apart in the industry.role descriptionthis is a full-time on-site role for a sales executive. the sales executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. the role requires working closely with the sales team and providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.benefitshave hands on experience with the sales team and understand how the sales process works.being able to meet clients from a variety of backgrounds with wide range of diversification.monthly basic salary + allowance as per industry standards based on experience.fuel expenses will be provided by the company.company car will be provided. however, advantage to candidates with their own car. in this case, additional monthly compensation will be provided for vehicle maintenance.skillsqualificationsproven experience of achieving sales targets by at least 2-3 years, preferably in the construction or related industry.good knowledge of the fit-out, joinery, mep, and interior works industry.driving license is a must.excellent communication and negotiation skills.ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.fluency in english, both written and verbal. being able to speak in arabic will be an added advantage.
