The role holder is responsible for supporting the traditional trade section including all operations in regions. the role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the business requirements.responsibilities:monitor traditional trade operations in the eastern region districts and identify sales improvement opportunitiescoordinate with wholesale account management to address wholesaler issues related to product availabilityprovide logistical support to traditional trade points of sales in the eastern districtssupport account managers in developing sales plans by providing input on managed accountsdrive the digitization of distribution channelsexecute sales initiatives to acquire, retain, and grow the traditional trade customer baseestimate and update sales opportunities in the pipeline for review by the gm regional salescontribute to the development of sales strategy and plan for own districtsanalyze regional data to generate insights and trends, and implement strategies to bridge gapscollect feedback from customers to review and maximize customer satisfactionanalyze sales and demographic data to forecast future supply and demandregularly monitor sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basiskeep up with market trends and sales initiativespreferred candidate:bachelor's degree in business administration or related field1+ year of relevant experience or a fresh graduatehigh school degree holders should have an additional 4 years of experience or a diploma degree holders should have an additional 2 years of experiencecertifications: certified sales professional (csp) or professional certified marketerskillsexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsstrong business acumengood knowledge of channel products and servicesproficient in sales planning and processesability to analyze data and identify trends
