Conduct regular safety inspections of project sites and office premises.identify hazards, non-compliances and facilitate corrective actions.investigate incidents and near misses, recommend preventive measures.monitor and enforce safety rules, policies, regulations and guidelines.coordinate safety orientations, talks and periodic training programs.maintain safety records, inspection reports, audits, risk assessments etc.support emergency response preparedness and response drills.review method statements, job safety analysis for high risk activities.issue and track ppe, recommend improvements.provide input for safety aspects of bid proposals, contracts.generate safety performance reports and metrics.liaise with clients, vendors, sub-contractors on safety requirements.execute work that adheres to quality, health, safety, and environmental considerations, as well as commitment and excellence. skillsknowledge of safety regulations and standards (osha, local regulations, industry-specific standards)risk assessment and management (hazard identification, risk analysis and mitigation)emergency response and crisis management skillseffective communication and ability to develop and deliver safety trainingstrong analytical and observation skills for site inspections, monitoring, and data analysis
