My client is looking to hire a specification executive (business development) as part of your responsibilities, you will be in charge of the following tasks:. ideally someone who has experience in business development/sales within the building materials industry with project exposureneeds to have a very strong network with interior designers and architects.an individual who understands marketing and is able to present the products to a professional and corporate environment.who is able to communicate with senior managers up to c suite individualsa very confident person who is driven to succeedskillsto qualify for the role. not more than 5 to 6 years of experience, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project/specification experience with good track recordgood network of interior designers and architectsable to elevate the brand status higher, communicate at all levelssomeone in the age range of 28 to 35
