Carry out process operations for production of chemicals and chemical formulations required for water treatment, oilfield, lubricants, and specialty chemical applications.ensure all production stages are done according to the approved process parameters.achieve the quality goals for the end products manufactured.ensure the quality of chemicals ingredients prior to use in the process.oversee daily production operationsto manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standardscreate weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shiftoversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery datemaintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitabilitymaintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheetsmaintain and verify all production records for various internal and external auditsactively compile data and generate comprehensive reports documenting findings and suggesting improvements.monitor performance of workers reporting to them.troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance.skillsbachelor’s or master’s degree in organic chemistry, chemical engineering.03-05 years of experience working within the specialty chemicals manufacturing industry.experience and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards applicable to chemical manufacturing.excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.experience in iso 9001 and related certifications is preferred
