Responsibilities:collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.conceptualize and create visual designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and messaging across various platforms and mediums.develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items.design digital assets including website graphics, social media content, email templates, and digital ads.produce high-quality illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling.ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, standards, and best practices.stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and enhance creative output.manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.skillsrequirements:bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.proficiency in graphic design software such as adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign).solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design fundamentals.ability to interpret and translate abstract concepts into visually appealing designs.excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.strong attention to detail and accuracy.ability to work independently and as part of a team.experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
