Note: for local hiring only within saudi arabia (citizens & residents).works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.collaborates with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.analyzes movement and use patterns of the space.prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client.consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor.uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.performs other related duties as assigned.preparing 2d drawings and 3d cad models with the help of suitable interior designing software and tools.team up with colleagues to develop insightful review presentations on assigned projects and topics.study design plans and order required components from designated vendors without any delay.assess the existing budget to decide on project charges and define the overall cost estimates.undertake the responsibility of researching relevant trends and modern technologies in the interior design sector.others as instructed by senior interior designer.skillsfor non-gcc citizen applicants, the iqama is must be transferrable (visit and tourist visa is not accepted).preferably female applicants but we might consider male applicants too if the cv is very impresive.education: bachelor's or master's degree in interior design/architecture/fine arts or any course in the same field of discipline.work experience: minimum of three (2) years as interior designer (with hands-on experience in fit-out furniture has a huge advantage)job location: > dammam, saudi arabia - head office > khobar, saudi arabia - showroompreferably registered member of saudi council of engineers (sce) or similaropen to all nationalityproficient in autocadproficient in 3d maxfamiliar with furniture technical detailsfamiliar with fit-out furnitureproficient in ms operation (ms word, excel, etc)friendly and can work with less supervisions.problem solver and critical thinker.
