Overview of the role:  the executive assistant supports the executive director and team in the execution of the real estate strategy by performing a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to specific content-related support. the role is characterized by ensuring the smooth operation of the strategy team through efficient calendar, task management and support. what you will do:  provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining filing systems.serve as a central communication hub for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and relaying messages effectively.assist in real estate project coordination, tracking timelines, and gathering necessary resources.manage data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic decision-making in real estate.draft and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations as needed.foster team collaboration by facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and assisting in onboarding new members.skillsrequired skills to be successful: competencies: excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslystrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityproficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly powerpointeffective communication skills, both written and verbalability to work autonomously, as well as part of a teamhigh level of discretion and confidentiality what equips you for the role: minimum qualifications and knowledge:diploma or bachelor’s degreeexperience:previous experience in an administrative or support role within a strategy or business development environment is preferred
