Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health for trainees & staff.responsible for the academy qhse processes and procedures and manage it to ensure the academy mentions its accreditation. conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements. maintain awareness of qhse regulations and the best practices within ewa staff. ensure that all health & safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated. ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.maintaining internal and external reporting according to established systemsskills4-5 years experience in qhse (hse , quality , audit , kpis ,iso ) bs degreefluent in english• proven qhse certificate from a highly regulated industry.excellent and topical knowledge of quality management systems. professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. excellent planning, organizational and time management skills excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills ability to work on own initiative. ability to work in, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment ability to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvementsestablishing workplace safety and health committees.knowledge of decontamination procedures.knowledge of good safety practices.ability to maintain effective work relationships with people from all social backgrounds.knowledge of first aid methods and techniques.
