Note: for local hiring only within saudi arabia (citizens & residents).meeting with clients and project managers to discuss the scope of the project.prepares project cost estimates, evaluate contractors’ bids, and recommend the best option to the client.must have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials and an ability to read and interpret blueprints.work with architects and project managers to ensure the project stays within budget.must have excellent mathematical skills and use different construction software programs to create cost estimates.they should also communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors. researching to determine the cost of materials and construction workersuses software programs to generate cost estimatesreviews estimates with clients and project managersmakes revisions to estimates as neededprovides support during the project implementation phaseunderstands the scope of the project and developing a detailed estimateworks with clients and project managers to ensure that all necessary information is gatheredgenerates accurate estimates using various software programsreviews estimates with clients and project managersadjusts estimates as necessary based on changes in the scope of the projectothers as instructed by his/her direct superiorskillsnationality : open to all nationalities in all gendersfor non gcc citizen applicants - must be an iqama holder and must be transferrable (visit and tourist visa is not accepted).education : bachelor's or master's degree in architectural engineering or any with architecture education or in similar field discipline.work experience : minimum of three (3) years experience in estimation works and with extensive knowledge in fit-outs, joineries and furniture technical detailsjob location : dammam, saudi arabiamembership : must be a registered member of saudi council of engineers (sce)proficient in ms office applications and autocadd softwaremust have extensive knowledge in engineering principles
