The operational auditor will play a crucial role in evaluating and controls the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities. this position involves conducting thorough examinations of various business functions to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.roles & responsibilities operational audits conduct in-depth operational audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance operational performance. process evaluation evaluate internal processes across various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.collaborate with department heads to understand workflow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements. risk assessment · assess operational risks and recommend action plans to enhance operational control. compliance assurance ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.assess the degree of compliance and support the development of corrective action plans. documentation maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of operational audit processes, findings, and recommendations.prepare and present reports to management summarizing audit results and proposing actionable improvements. collaboration collaborate with internal teams to implement recommended changes and monitor the effectiveness of process enhancements.foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.skills qualifications/requirementsbachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.1-2 years of proven experience in retail business operation.excellent verbal and written communication skill (english & arabic)
