1.develop and implement strategies, tools, and products to enhance rider experience and delivery service quality. 2. manage riders' behaviors through compliance rules and identify patterns of fraudulent conduct.3. design training courses, programs, and workshops for riders to successfully provide high quality deliver service to vendors and customers4. procure rider equipment. establish and maintain equipment distribution to riders. ensures compliance of rider equipment.5. review and verify riders' documents. perform check before approving the applicants.skills1. bachelor degree or above, at least 3-5 years of related areas as operations of rider/drive experience, rider/drive quality, rider/drive compliance2. target oriented & data driven3. leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members4. energetic and excited about joining a startup environment5. proficiency in arabic and english
