handle smoothly the daily operation strictly follow company grooming standards provide best floral services to clients check the chiller cleanliness / temperature check the stocks for damages and waste on daily basis check vases for damages & prepare list check water level & quality of flowers on daily basis prepare flowers / vases / accessories for maintenance and orders 3 times location check (refer to location checklist) once receiving any deliveries, cut and prepare flowers for the chiller in buckets withfresh water ensure all unused vases are covered with film fill in the stock control sheet fill in the maintenance sheet fill in the flower delivery form register send all paperwork to the office, including order & delivery sheets and additionalrequested reports send un used buckets / vases back to ware house hand-over to next shift once goods are received, check the quantity of all flowers for all locations if applicable, report any wrong deliveries or missing items immediately to operations check the quality of all flowers (and vases) for all locations check if enough flowers were left for maintenance submit delivery sheets once finished submit monthly consumables list in hotel urgent issues should be immediately informed to the team leader or the managersskills1. floral arrangement skills: ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements according to client preferences and company standards.2. attention to detail: being meticulous in checking chiller cleanliness, stock conditions, vase damages, water quality, and flower quality to ensure everything meets high standards.3. organization: keeping track of daily operations, maintaining records such as stock control sheets, maintenance sheets, and flower delivery forms, and ensuring paperwork is sent to the office promptly.4. time management: efficiently managing time to handle daily tasks, including preparing flowers for maintenance and orders, conducting location checks, and handling flower deliveries.5. communication skills: effectively communicating with team leaders, managers, and suppliers to report issues, communicate needs, and ensure smooth operations.6. customer service skills: providing excellent floral services to clients by understanding their preferences, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.7. problem-solving skills: quickly identifying and addressing issues such as wrong deliveries, missing items, or urgent matters, and informing the appropriate authorities for resolution.8. inventory management: regularly checking stock for damages and waste, maintaining stock levels, and submitting monthly consumables lists.9. adaptability: being able to adapt to changes in workload, client preferences, or operational procedures to ensure effective service delivery.10. hygiene and safety standards: adhering to company grooming standards, maintaining cleanliness in the chiller, and ensuring proper handling and storage of flowers to meet hygiene and safety regulations.11. teamwork: collaborating with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and smoothly, and providing support to team members as needed.12. basic math skills: ability to accurately count and calculate quantities of flowers and other items for stock control and inventory management.
