We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil/structural manager to lead our team of engineers and oversee all civil and structural engineering projects. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.responsibilities:manage a team of engineers and designers to ensure project deadlines and goals are metoversee the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects, including buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projectsdevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetsconduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with codes and regulationscoordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryprovide technical expertise and guidance to staff and project teamsprepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specificationsmentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledgeskillsqualifications:bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, master's degree preferredprofessional engineering (pe) license requiredminimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a management roleextensive knowledge of industry codes and standardsstrong leadership and communication skillsproven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyexperience with project management software and other relevant tools
