Workshop/stores operative salary: £20,475 - £20,793 per annum tameside service centre, sk16 4pw full time job purpose: decontamination of ces equipment upon arrival back to the depot. quality checking work prior to internally transferring equipment through to the main warehouse. this will involve the use of a high-pressure jet washing system and various cleaning agents to ensure sterility. subject to being trained internally, there will be a requirement to carry out servicing to a number of power operated items of equipment such as beds and hoists. full in-house training will be provided. in line with the depot multi skilling practices, there will be, when operational requirements dictate, the need to work in the warehouse or possibly become involved in the delivery of basic equipment as detailed below. main duties and responsibilities: decontamination – responsible for ensuring decontamination is done in line with mhra guidelines. correctly quarantined, cleaned and re-packed. ensuring scanning/paperwork is correctly documented, logged and filed creating a clear audit trail. responsible for organising the re-location and safe return of product. stock control – responsible for ensuring stock is correctly issued, received and maintained. responsible for conducting stock checks. ensure relevant supplier serial numbers are entered onto the relevant systems to enable tracking of individual items. stock – responsible for the location of all stock in the depot. responsible for all stock movements/re-locations and creating/deleting bin locations when required. labelling of stock – responsible for labelling all products within the depot with relevant part numbers, serial numbers etc purchase orders – responsible for receiving in all stock via purchase orders both physically and electronically. depot – responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the depot. ensure good 7. housekeeping at all times. picking orders – responsible for picking stock for all orders repairs – responsible for carrying out repairs when required to do so. communication – responsible for communicating any problems to their supervisor. stocktake – to assist with annual and interim stocktakes as required. undertake -
