doctor of pharmacy degree preferred. registered pharmacist degree is required. must possess a license to practice as a pharmacist in south carolina. three years of experience in ambulatory care is preferred. must complete 340b university. will coordinate and supervise pharmaceutical services and regulations. $25,000 sign on bonus.
