manufacturing company in union county is looking to hire a customer service representative for a temp to hire position

play major role in order-to-cash processcreate a positive service experience between total and our customersprimary point of contact within the group for assigned accounts/regionmanages customer relationships to provide support for all of our lubricants business activitiesoffer exemplary service through phone, email and other platformsliaise between total and customers by supporting all inquiries and issues

serving as the key contact for assigned regional accounts while elevating your product knowledge and understanding of the industry based on historical information

data entry (sales & purchase orders, invoices, rma requests, credit & debit memos) within sap and other internal applicationsclosely monitor & follow up on orders to ensure on-time scheduleupdate customer with status of orders and/or inquiriesassist with development, maintain and follow established proceduresserve as an advocate for both customers and our own sales groupcomplaint managementapply good judgement on a case-by-case basis, expedite resolutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

perform to maintain established group kpi and metrics

workflow requirements consist of routine duties associated with daily processes and others, dictated by deadlines, and special project requestsspecial requests are assigned and reprioritized as needed by the customer services manager3 to 5 years in customer services positionsap preferred / microsoft office knowledge / (salsa)english fluent / spanish a plustime managementgood communication skillsteam spiritability to maintain composure during stressful situations

pay- 22-25 per hour, 55-60k on conversion based on experience
