Senior chef de partie/cdp : £23k to £27k plus tips plus benefits - own transport, 15/20 mins from brighton/hove - all fresh food, cooking to a high standard you can either be a chef de partie or a senior chef de partie looking to join friendly team who invest in their staff. a great opportunity to join a busy all fresh food small hotel/club restaurant with covers of 50/100 plus some weddings of approx 100. due to the location, you will need your own transport. you will join a brigade of approximately 5 to 7 chefs in a modern and friendly kitchen, where everything is cooked from scratch. experience looking for either a chef de partie or a senior chef de partie to work within a brigade of 5 to 10 chefs in a busy all fresh kitchen. you will need previous experience of cooking to a high quality level where everything is cooked from scratch, either within a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel. we are looking for reliable, hard working chefs with the right attitude, who want to grow and learn and progress their chef careers, knowledge and experience, as we do invest in our staff. salary and benefits chef de partie: £23k to £25k plsu tips - senior chef de partie: £25k to £27k plus tips 48/50 hour week: 5 days on, 2 days off - we are currently closed mondays and tuesdays 28 days holiday use of gym after 3 month probational period private pension plan uniform provided and laundered must be living and working in the uk. must have own transport unless you live locally and can cycle or walk. please apply with an up-to-date cv.
