under the supervision of the administrator and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties associated with facility marketing, referral prospecting, clinical evaluation, admission coordination and processing.  work is of a confidential nature.  performs other work of the department as required.

completion of a nursing education program and licensed as a nurse in the state of north carolina.

one to two years of previous experience in a long term care or related area required.

knowledge of federal and state programs required. experience in interpreting and applying federal and state programs in long term care preferred.
