minimum education
□ high school diploma or equivalent □ preferred x required

required skills
- ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to patient and family needs
- critical thinking
- work well under pressure while keeping calm and maintaining customer focus

required license/certifications:
- current/active north carolina lpn license
- bls required, or obtained during first week of hire
