experience 2 to 7 yrs.
roles & responsibilities:
* review and support business process and processing intake request, prior to approval to sourcing.
o route requests to the appropriate resource or workflow.
o reviewing request forms for completeness and reasonableness.
o identifies and support engagement documentation from business owners
* manage all inquiry requests that come through the procurement intak.
qualifications:
required:
* bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* high school diploma or ged required; some college preferred or a minimum of 4 years of previous experience working in a purchasing.
demonstrated experience using procurement based erp or contract lifecycle management applications i.e. coupa, apttus, ariba, sap
* technical skills at an intermediate level using microsoft office suite, office 365, and sharepoint.
* 2+ years of total relevant work experience in procurement and/or contract administration.
comprehensive and working knowledge of source-to-pay (s2p) systems and processes.
* helpdesk / customer service experience.
