robert half is currently working with a thriving company in the irvine area to identify talented customer service representatives. in this role, the customer service representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, dispatching work orders, tracking customer inspections, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. duties of the customer service representative may include, but are not limited to:

-develop positive relationships with assigned account contacts

-provide timely follow up with customers and vendors via telephone and email

-receive and dispatch work orders

-track all open and closed work orders, update status notes in the system, provide reports with schedule dates

-communicate status of all work orders to affiliates and customers

-obtain inspection purchase orders

-review paperwork for completeness and accuracy before invoicing

the customer service representative must possess the following in order to be considered:

-2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience

-degree preferred, but not required

-strong knowledge of microsoft word, excel, outlook

-effective communication skills, both written and verbal

-must have strong follow up skills

-time management and organization skills

-must be a team player

-must be punctual and reliable
