We are a 300+ spring block calving pasture based dairy farm. we are looking for enthusiastic people to come and join us and our young and friendly team. tidiness and attention to detail is essential. dairy experience and machinery skills would be an advantage. calving, fencing, looking after young stock, building work plus many other jobs on the farm. the unit has a strong emphasis on grass utilisation and efficient production of milk from forage. we are also renovating an old cottage so help with building and decorating that. accommodation, if necessary,in our family home alongside other members of the team,so a sense of humour is essential and a general willingness to muck in. this would suit someone travelling as we can be flexible about time off to explore europe. please reply with a cv and references.
