duration: full-time (direct hire)

core responsibilities:

ideal candidate will be developing performance measurement and reporting approach and deliverable for marketing media related kpis that aligns with overall marketing and company objectivesdevelop marketing attribution models and tests to assess incremental impact of digital media to help optimize digital strategy and investment decisionsperform analysis of promotional marketing campaigns to help optimize campaign strategy; leverage customer data to identify insights to guide and inspire strategies and decisions related to the customer experienceproduce business intelligence (bi) dashboards that democratize customer kpis across the organizationcollaborate with the director of data integration and management, director of brand marketing and experience, and manager of customer research & insights to ensure the data warehouse can fully support customer/marketing analytics and bi dashboards

skills critical for success:

bachelor's degree preferably in a quantitative fieldideally looking for 3+ years of analytics experience, with emphasis on the use of advanced analytic and data science techniques, modeling, and testing to drive marketing and/or business strategies, decisions, tacticscandidate should have experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting, statistical modeling, web analytics tools such as google analytics or adobe analyticsexperience with data preparation and dashboard/report creation using power bi, tableau, or similar bi visualization tool
