quarterly incentive bonus – the quarterly bonus eligibility occurs after they have completed 9 months of service and no longer will receive the new hire bonus. the quarterly bonus is a bonus of up to $500/quarter, up to $2,000/year based on meeting plant metrics. good attendance of 3 or less point is the qualifier.
401k waiting period waivered – this is new this year, no waiting period to be 401(k) eligible. it used to be a 5 month waiting period.

tuition reimbursement
the general mill worker’s primary job function will becatching materials and components off of automated rough mill. willstack parts on pallets and pallet jack parts to reporting areas. this position will report directly to the production manager. we are currently hiring for both 1st shift & 2nd shift.
1st shift: monday-thursday 6am-4:30pm $15.00/hr
2nd shift: monday-thursday 3:30pm-2:00am $16.00/hr
friday (overtime/6 hours only) 6am-12pm

essential job functions:
•remove manufactured product pieces from machines, and check to ensure that they conform to specifications
•responsible for moving pallets of production as well as stacking material from a pallet to a conveyor or table.
•operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
•observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
•lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually
•load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
•help production workers by supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
•will perform other job-related duties as assigned.
•consistently deliver the best in customer service.as an employee, demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with customers, visitors and other employees.
