Our company provides a wide range of building and facilities services, to private & public sector organisations. predominantly working within social housing and local authorities, these services include: construction works, responsive works, void repairs, garage maintenance, parking facilities, grounds maintenance, cleaning and waste management. we are looking for very enthusiastic and suitably experienced skilled labourer, to join our growing team. primary job role: the successful candidate will work as part of the maintenance support team to receive deliveries, collect materials from suppliers, site deliveries, organising inventories, stock takes, transporting recyclable and general materials, general maintenance and operations assistance where required. the candidate must be able to follow instructions as directed, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard, and premises are left clean upon completion. be over 25 years old hold a full & clean uk driving licence (minimum 2 years) fluent in english communication skills, both verbal and written. experience within a similar busy manual role is essential eager to offer a high level of service. willing to carry out works for all general labour requirements. proficient at using general tools willing to carry out all manual handling works experience in working both as an individual and part of a team capable of completing h&s courses, to improve skills and continuously learn. general maintenance experience preferable. specific training will be provided when required. reliable, punctual and customer orientated candidates will be required to pass a full dbs check. we are a people first business and provide first class benefits and opportunities: retention bonus of £500 after 6 months successful service delivery. free gym membership £5 per day lunch vouchers, 365 days per year £5 per day travel allowance (monday - friday) uniform & ppe provided skills training provided pension scheme health plan (after 3 years’ service) employee assistance programme
